BUYER BEWARE!!! The sales team was great! Service Department, not so much. I purchased a used car, and it has been nothing short of miserable. They promised to get the vehicle fixed and have ran me through a circus. If you plan to buy here, have an experienced mechanic on here because it's no better than Facebook marketplace and twice the cost!
Sales team was great they were up front with everything and very helpful. Service department stay away they will cheap out on parts if its use vehicle they only did one strut. They still cannot find the right front clunk. Also, when they did an AC repair on the vehicle, they had AC oil everywhere. Engine cover was loose and not on, and the front bumper was not clipped in right after. So there's gaps and the bumper needs to be put on the right way after again.

Amer Elsaad really drove a hard bargain and he brought the price down from 600$ to 515$ per month with 3000$ down. I started walking out the door regretting agreeing to the price and he said I’d only have to put down 2000$ for the same payment. Truly the best salesman working there.

Recently bought a CX-5 with Nuno and can say that I was not disappointed. Nuno is a very personable young man who was quite knowledgeable and happily answered all my questions. He had no problem getting several vehicles for me to test drive over and over again.... very patient and nice to work with. Love the new look at the dealership! Great job with the aesthetics. Smells nice too, maybe a little too much though.

Alex in maintenance was so thorough and courteous. I have had a terrible experience in the Cranston Mazda but my experience here was completely the opposite. The attention and frequency of checking in was so hospitable and courteous with loaner car as I had to wait fine tune for the repair. Wouldn’t go anywhere else after this experience. Alex was great!

I brought my 2021 Camry in to get the brake pads and rotors replaced all around. Nuno made the whole process smooth and efficient, offering great prices for both parts and labor. He even got my car in the shop first thing the next morning and replaced some non-OEM screws that were on the car when I bought it. Jose did an outstanding job with the brake installation, plus he topped off my fluids free of charge. Fantastic team—highly recommend working with these two!

I’ve had my Mazda CX 5 for a year now and each service experience to this point has been excellent.
Another great service experience from Yardley and the team at Tasca. After road debris popped a tire on my Mazda CX-30, they got me right in, into a loaner, and secured a deal for a new set of tires (buy three get one free). With video updates and shuttle service when loaners aren’t available, their customer service is top notch. We’ve purchased two vehicles from Tasca Mazda Seekonk, and highly recommend—the new showroom and service area are slick and their staff are always helpful.

Asked for a simple quote to be emailed to me before traveling an hour to the dealership and I got the run around for 3 days. Kelvin was awful, uneducated, and a waste of time. Avoid, and if you need to purchase from this dealership ask for someone other than Kelvin.

I worked with Thomas. Great guy knows what he’s doing and helped me get a brand new Mazda cx5! My mom and I were not very confident we were going to be able to get a car after being rejected by other dealerships but Thomas kept reassuring us that everything would be fine. Tasca Mazda once again did a fine job of maintaining my 2023 MX 5 RF. Bought the protective finishes inside and out and the whole car shines. The protection warranty on the finishes is very comprehensive. They also towed my car back to the dealer to repair a flat, tow covered by roadside service plan, no questions or discussion. Never a problem dealing with them.
